Learners will understand what needs to be written, how it should be written and what structure and format you should use for different kinds of reports.

The Telephone and Reception Skills Programme is intended to equip learners with knowledge and skills of effectively and promptly processing calls through a company switchboard and directing through to the intended recipient in a professional manner.  The emphasis is on the understanding of certain principles like “first impressions last”.
