Senior Training Co-ordinator and Administrator
After finishing her schooling, Rele (as she is affectionately known) continued her further education at the University of Johannesburg where she obtained the National Diploma in Financial Information Systems, which led to her first job (temporary role) as a Data Capturer at Faranani IT Services. Her outgoing nature and people skills made an impression on the TIPP Focus staff who worked in the same Office Park and this landed her a permanent role as a Receptionist in the company.
Since then, she filled various roles within the TIPP Focus Group and has worked herself up to her current position as Training Co-ordinator and Administrator. Although she left the company for a brief period where she worked as an Education Training and Quality Assurance Officer for Peakford Management Consultants, TIPP Academy was very happy to bring her back on board.
Rele has now been in the role of Senior Training Co-ordinator and Administrator for 1.5 years and continues to upgrade herself through further studies, including Skills Development Facilitator (completed in 2015) and Bachelor of Business Administration (current through MANCOSA).
Training Co-ordinator and Administrator
Thabile started her further education by studying Food Management at the Durban University of Technology in 2003, then on discovering that it was not the ideal career path for her studied a Certificate in Office Administration and Personal Computing Certificate at Rosebank College (Durban). These enabled her to land her first job (temporary role) at the KZN Department of Education where she worked first as a Quality Assurance admin clerk then an Examinations admin assistant.
The skills learned there opened doors for her as an Office Administrator & Front Desk at the Masifunde Training Centre (INSETA Learning Provider), which she did for 4 years before relocating to Johannesburg where she was appointed as a Training Administrator at HeightSafety Training Academy. She held that job for 5 years before being appointed by TIPP Academy in her current role since May 2016.
Thabile continues to add value to the TIPP team and although currently suspended, she is enrolled for a National Diploma in Office Management with UNISA which she intends to pursue again in 2018.
We are committed and passionate about igniting a culture of continuous and purposeful learning thereby solving our clients’ organisational challenges and amplifying the value added by each individual through the impactful training we offer, to ensure measurable and sustainable change.
